These terms govern your use of https://boothfriend.com (the "Site"), operated by BoothFriend.com ("BoothFriend", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.

What BoothFriend is — and isn't

BoothFriend is a free matching service. We connect people planning events with independent photo booth rental companies. We do not provide photo booth services ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a photo booth company. Pricing, availability, contracts, deposits, cancellations and the quality of the service are solely between you and the company you choose.

Your request

When you submit the quote form you agree that the information is accurate, that we may share it with photo booth companies, and that we and they may contact you about it by phone, text or email. See our Privacy Policy for details. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a company is available for your date or location.

No endorsement or warranty

We try to work with reputable companies, but we do not guarantee, endorse or warrant any company or its work. You are responsible for evaluating a company before you book, including confirming insurance, reviewing their contract and checking references. Price ranges and other information on the Site are general guidance, not quotes. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Compensation

We may receive compensation from the companies we connect you with. It does not change the price you pay.

Acceptable use

  • Don't submit false requests or someone else's contact information.
  • Don't scrape, overload or interfere with the Site.
  • Don't copy Site content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoothFriend is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of a photo booth company. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
